Official code of conduct, residential regulations, and guidelines for hall residents
Residents are responsible for their personal belongings and should take appropriate precautions to keep valuables secure. The hall authority should be informed immediately of any loss, theft, or security concern.
Residents must maintain a peaceful environment, especially during designated study and sleeping hours. Loud music, shouting, or any activity that disturbs other residents is not permitted.
All residents are required to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in their rooms and shared spaces. Waste must be disposed of in designated areas, and residents must cooperate in maintaining a clean and healthy hall environment.
Residents are responsible for taking proper care of hall furniture, fixtures, electrical facilities, and other property. Any damage caused through negligence or intentional misuse may result in appropriate action or recovery of repair costs.
The use of electric induction cookers, rice cookers, electric stoves, heaters, and other high-power cooking appliances inside resident rooms is strictly prohibited due to fire and electrical safety concerns.
For the safety and security of all residents, anyone entering the hall after the designated time must complete the required entry procedure. Residents should inform the hall authority in advance in case of unavoidable late arrival.
All residents must return to the hall by 8:30 PM. Residents who arrive after 8:30 PM must enter their details in the late-entry register and follow the hall authority’s instructions. Repeated late entry may require appropriate explanation or disciplinary action.
